About Erica Selvaggio Ferrari
Erica Selvaggio Ferrari founded Selvaggio Insurances Services, LLC (SIS™) in 2005 to focus on her clients' needs as an independent broker/agent. She specializes in helping small businesses (from 1 employee) grow to sizes of 100+ employees and making sure that their insurance needs are being met in the best way possible. Erica is very thankful for her clients' continued referrals that have helped her to grow SIS.
Erica’s spare time is spent with her husband and their two daughters. They have an active family life. She also enjoys road cycling, soccer and traveling. Her most treasured times are watching her kids grow!
Erica graduated from University of the Pacific in Stockton, CA (Business major with an HR emphasis.) She chose her major because of her love of helping people and her family business upbringing.
She began her career as a Retail Manager, then worked in Human Resources/Recruiting for restaurant businesses. While in the industry she learned about Health Insurance Benefits for groups and how most companies really need help reviewing what they have and what they need, and also to help them find the best solution.
